In order to ensure the quality of management and teaching in our school, the organization provides variety of trainings to teachers through pre-service and in-service workshops. For pre service teacher’s completion of the training process entails well-designed orientation workshops. The workshops are mandatory for all newly appointed teachers. The workshop serves as a jump-start for people entering the field of teaching. Basic teaching methods and child psychology are the focus of the orientation sessions. The newly appointed teachers are generally assigned to develop lesson plans, discuss plans with senior teachers and then execute their plans in classes in order to gain more experience. The experienced teachers are usually assigned to share their experiences and collaborate with new teachers in order to ensure the quality teaching in our school.
